Fall in Charleston is what my dreams are made of. I’m not one that gets excited about the cold air or leaves falling. I much rather indulge in a few more sunny days before winter hits. And wear my favorite dresses as long as possible. As you know my absolute favorite color combination is blue and brown. So I have to say this is one of my favorite fall looks of all time with the feminine soft blue floral wisteria dress and my beloved brown velvet Mary Janes. This shirt dress is my first Julia Amory dress and I have to agree that it’s incredible and I can’t wait to add more to my collection. The most comfortable soft fabric that doesn’t wrinkle a lot and feels luxurious yet perfect for the everyday.

These shoes turn every look into a fall outfit that is still not screaming autumn hues. All of the bold colors of fall are mostly just too much for me, so I much rather keep it fairly light and neutral. And when there’s a slight chill in the air this classic cashmere cable knit is the perfect versatile piece to throw over your shoulders. All of these pieces are investment items, but ones you’ll have in your closet forever and can be worn in so many different ways.
